Chorlton-cum-Hardy The Story
There will be an opening ceremony of
the exhibition Chorlton-cum-Hardy
The Story at 12.00 Sept 7th 2012 at
The Old Cosgrove Hall site Abany Road,
Chorlton. Lord Bradley will open the
exhibition and there will be a mixture of
delegates including John Leech MP
Councillor Sheila Newman Councillor
Victor Chamberlain and guests covering
a cross section of the community of
Chorlton-cum-Hardy.

This is a collaboration of work
between Peter Topping Paintings from
Pictures and historian Andrew Simpson.
The Exhibition takes place on the 80
metres of hoardings at the old
Cosgrove Hall site and is sponsored by
McCarthy & Stone, builders of
retirement homes.

The exhibition will be open for about
18 months until building is complete.
