In tandem with his project to record, in the form of paintings, the iconic buildings and landmarks in Chorlton, Peter also wanted to capture the changes that were happening all over the World and while on his travels he decided that he would paint them also. It would have been easy to just take snap-shots of the scenes but that wouldn’t grasp the character of the subject and so he has decided to paint them in his bold, vivid style. You can see examples of his work throughout Chorlton in shops, restaurants and bars and now we have some of the finest pieces on show in a month long exhibition.
